1Orange (peeled and segmented)
½Cucumber (sliced)
½cup(75g)Cherry tomatoes (halved)
¼cup(40g)Feta cheese (crumbled)
¼cup(30g)Dried cranberries
¼cup(30g)Chopped walnuts (lightly toasted for extra flavor)
Salad dressing
2tbspOlive oil
1tbspLemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1tspDijon mustard
1tspMaple syrup
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Prepare the salad – In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, apple slices, orange segments, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.

Make the dressing – In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper until emulsified.
2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Lemon juice , 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tsp Maple syrup, Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Add toppings – Sprinkle with feta cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
