1tbspOlive oil
1tspPaprika
1tspGarlic powder
1tspOnion powder
½tspGround cumin
½tspGround coriander
½tspDried oregano
¼tspCayenne pepper
1tspKosher salt
½tspBlack pepper
Instructions
Prep chicken - Pat the chicken quarters dry with paper towels. Make a few slashes in the thickest parts of the chicken.

Season Chicken - Combine all the spices in a small bowl. Season the chicken generously on all sides, including inside the slashes. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F / 190°C if needed. Place the chicken quarters skin-side down in the basket.
Air Fry the Chicken - Cook for 20 minutes, then flip and cook another 10 to 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74 °C).
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
