Instructions
Prep the chicken - Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Score the top lightly in a crisscross pattern.

Season the chicken - Combine all the spices in a small bowl. Season the chicken generously on both sides. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub evenly.
