In a saucepan, combine milk, water, pumpkin puree, honey, chai spice, and tea bags.
Heat over medium heat until the milk is infused with the tea and the spices. Tip - Keep the heat on medium so you don't evaporate too much of the milk.
Strain into a chai cup. Top with milk foam or cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
