This pumpkin spice latte takes just 5 minutes and a few pantry staples. No more standing in long coffee shop lines. And, best of all, it's delicious. It's made with coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and honey.
Ingredients
1cup(240ml)Milk (almond, soy, or coconut work too)
Brew the coffee and set it aside. Pro tip - I like to use regular instant coffee. For a stronger flavor try espresso.
In a saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, honey, pumpkin spice, and honey. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil - set aside.Pro tip - You can also do this in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave until nice and bubbling.
In a heatproof glass, pour the coffee, followed by the hot milk mixture.
For garnish, you can use whipped cream, milk foam, or just sprinkle some more spices. Today, I topped with whipped cream, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon.
