Top Tier – is a six-inch cake.
Ideally, you would keep a two-inch difference in cake sizes but in this cake. I wanted my Simpress Sequins Brooch to sit in between the two tiers.
A two-inch gap would be too but three 7 inch cakes were not what I wanted so. I use a little gap of one inch.
Just one of those little things that you have to keep in mind when you plan your cakes.
