This is two 7 inch round cakes each 4 inches tall then stacked one on top of each other.

The cake is filled with my Italian Meringue Buttercream and frosted with chocolate ganache.
I then covered the cake in black fondant.
The rose is a wafer paper rolled rose which we have a tutorial - Rolled Wafer Paper Rose.
The white lace is again wafer paper. I used two sheets of A4 size paper for this cake.
You can see in the video I used a [easyazon_link identifier="B007E1R8XA" locale="US" tag="vesarofca-20"]Martha Stewart Stamp cutter[/easyazon_link] to cut out the lace. You will have to browse thru a few to find the pattern you want.
To attach the wafer paper rose and lace to the cake I used homemade piping gel- I've given you two recipes on how to make piping gel too!
