These tuna patties are a great way to start adding tuna to your diet. The recipe is simple, easy, and ready in less than 20 minutes. Serve them as appetizers and sides or in sandwiches and wraps. They also make perfect lunch box meals too
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients with the tuna except the egg. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
Then add the egg and combine well. You should be able to shape the mixture into a little patty. If not add a few more breadcrumbs or a tablespoon of water.
Divide the mixture into four or six small patties.
