Dressing - Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl - set aside.
Tortilla - Warm the tortilla on a skillet for 30 seconds on each side. Tip - warming the tortilla makes it softer but just 30 seconds. If you heat it too long it tends to get crisp quickly and break when you roll.
Place the tortilla on a plate or sandwich wrapper.
Spread a generous amount of dressing. followed by the shredded chicken, avocado, lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper. Add more dressing if you like a moist chicken wrap.
Fold the wrap as shown in the video - First, fold the bottom over the ingredient firmly.- Then fold the sides over to close the filling in. - Continue to roll the wrap to the end.
