Wash, stalk, and hull the strawberries. Save about ½ cup of chopped strawberries for the mold and place the remaining in a blender. Pro tip - The chopped strawberries for the mold are optional. I like a few bit of frozen strawberries in my popsicles.

Place the stick on and put the molds in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours or until frozen.
To unmold the popsicles easily, simply dip the molds in lukewarm water. Then, lift each one out of the mold.
