Preheat oven to 170C / 340 F
Cream sugar and powdered sugar
Add the egg and combine well.
Followed by the semolina, salt, and vanilla
Lastly, add the flour - combine well.
Spread evenly into a parchment lined 8 x 8 square pan
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until the edges start to get slightly golden
Remove and let cool for 10 minutes in the pan.
While still warm - cut into 16 squares as shown in the video
