Add flour and sweet potato to a bowl
Use a fork to combine the two together.
Add salt, pepper, and oil - combine again.
Now add onions, fresh herbs, and yogurt.
Mix all ingredients until you have a soft dough
If the mixture is dry - add a few tablespoons of water.
Alternatively, if the mixture is wet - add a little extra flour.
You want a soft smooth dough that you can roll.
Let rest for 15 minutes covered with plastic wrap.
