- 170 grams All purpose flour
- 50 grams Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Eggs
- 1 Egg yolk
- 170 grams Unsalted butter
- 50 grams White sugar
- 100 grams Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Spices cinnamon, pumpkin spice or nutmeg
- 1 cup White chocolate chips
- 1 cup Dried cranberry
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Mix cookie dough
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg and egg yolk as well as the vanilla.
Slowly incorporate the flour mixture without over mixing.
Add the chocolate chips and cranberries.
Chill and Bake
Refrigerate the cookie dough for 15 mins while you
Preheat the oven at 180 C / 190 F.
Scoop cookies on a parchment lined baking tray
Bake for 12 to 14 mins or until the edges are lightly golden.
