Ingredients

  • 170 grams All purpose flour
  • 50 grams Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 170 grams Unsalted butter
  • 50 grams White sugar
  • 100 grams Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Spices cinnamon, pumpkin spice or nutmeg
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Dried cranberry
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

Prepare

  • Mix cornstarch, baking powder, salt and spices with the flour and set aside.

Mix cookie dough

  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add egg and egg yolk as well as the vanilla.
  • Slowly incorporate the flour mixture without over mixing.
  • Add the chocolate chips and cranberries.

Chill and Bake

  • Refrigerate the cookie dough for 15 mins while you
  • Preheat the oven at 180 C / 190 F.
  • Scoop cookies on a parchment lined baking tray
  • Bake for 12 to 14 mins or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Enjoy!
