- 2 cups Crushed pineapple
- 1 cup Coconut cream
- 2 cups Crushed ice
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Water or coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Honey or more
Soak the chia seeds for 10 mins in water to let it bloom
Save a few crushed pineapple aside for garnish
In a blender add remaining crushed pineapple, coconut cream, crushed ice.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness with honey
Add the chia seeds and give it one quick wiz in the blender.
Pour into individual smoothie glasses
