A sourdough bread that is easy to make and only requires all-purpose flour. The bread’s taste is a whole lot better than commercial bread. This recipe is a good starting point for anyone who is new to baking with a sourdough starter.

– this loaf is made with 75% hydration, which means its the perfect bread to make for beginngers who just want to get started with sourdough.

Ingredients

– All the ingredients are simple and easy to find or pantry staples.

- Prepare the levain - 5 hours - Combine flour and water - autolyse 2 hours

Add the sourdough - rest 30 mins  Combine salt - rest 30 mins

Do the coil folds 4 times with 30 mins rest in between

- Divide the dough x 2  - Shape each portion into a loaf.

Proof - 8 to 16 hours  Bake - 40 mins
