The dough is simple and easy and takes just 10 minutes to make with the classic creaming method

Then chill the dough just enough to be able to roll Or freeze the dough for up to 3 months

Roll the cookie dough into balls then coat them in cinnamon sugar and bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven.
Once baked these will keep at room temperature for up to a week. Or you can freeze them for up to a month.
