These Greek yogurt donuts are simple easy and ready in less than 20 minutes. Made with Greek yogurt and a few pantry staples these are dusted with powdered sugar and served with jam.

– Most of the ingredients are pantry staples and Greek yogurt which in our home is also a staple. That means you can plan them any time at all.

Combine all the batter ingredients


No special equipment is required. Just a bowl and whisk needed to combine all the batter together. 

Deep fry


Heat the oil and deep fry the donuts until lightly golden

They take just a few minutes to get a lovely light golden color 

I love to give them a simple dusting with powdered sugar 

Make sure your liquid is between 95 degrees F and 115 degrees F when adding to yeast.

My kids favorite is of course with jam!!
