I am back from Cake International Birmingham
Yes! I’m back from Cake International Birmingham. Was such an amazing weekend full with lots of sugar hugs. I cannot imagine the number of people I met and the number of cakes I saw.
The amount of talent under one roof on that weekend was enough to overwhelm anyone. This was my first cake trip so you can only imagine how I felt.
Well, as promised I though I’d share some pictures with you .
First off – If you want to see pictures of the Cake – you will have to go to my Facebook page. I posted more than 200 cake pictures there in the album Cake International. There were more than 1500 entries this year and the show pieces would just leave you speechless.
Just a few pictures of my demo at Magic Colors.

You know by now that almost all the colours I use for my cakes and paintings are Magic Colours. I love the range and colors they have, I love the consistency for painting.

Magic Colours is a family owned business, the husband and wife Lihi and Yariv Tabul are the sweetest and most hospitable people I know. Always open to suggestions and have great respect for the artist. Was truly an honor to do demos with them this weekend. You can buy Magic Colours currently in the UK at their agents Shesto.
I had a lot of pictures of the lovely people I met. Lots of friends.. all those I shared on my Facebook of course… Here are just a very few.

met some fans who knew me from my page, was so amazing to meet them (these are just a few …more on my Facebook page)

and some famous people that I just had to say hi to… like
Paul Bradford, David Brice of Paul Bradford Sugar Craft School. They have been great support for every giveaway I have ever had so far. Truly value their friendship and was so honored to meet them in person.z
The CEO of Satin Ice Kevin O’Riely. Such a warm and friendly person.
I also did two demos on the Hand Painted Poinsettia Cake over this weekend – I shared that with you on my previous post telling with you what my demo was for Cake International- remember ?
Unfortunately I do not have good pictures of the demo or of the cakes I did for Satin Ice… I’m hoping someone has some pictures and can send me some.

And of course Chef Dominic of Marvelous Molds who has also been so supportive and generous in all my recent giveaways.
The highlight of my trip of course was the Cake Masters Awards – Cake Oscars
I spent the evening with some absolutely amazing people from the cake community.
Most pictures of the Awards can be found on the cake Masters Page.

This is the lovely Rosie – Editor of Cake Masters Magazine. Such a lovely and warm person to meet.
And here are some other pictures with me in them.. An perfect evening in every way.

Well, that was a lot of pictures. If you want to see more pictures – please head to my Facebook page and look under the two albums Cake International
This was definitely an amazing trip fro me. For those of you that came to see me ‘ Thank you so much – you made my trip extra special ”
