Mango Yogurt Drink, Mango Lassi
Weather you call it Lassi or yogurt drink I’m sure you will agree; nothing is more refreshing on a hot summer day that a drink like with the cooling effect of yogurt and the delicious succulent stone fruit Mango.

The Mango Lassi or Mango Yogurt drink is an Indian Classic, it is the most refreshing drink you can make in summer with just a blender and three ingredients such as yogurt, mango and sugar it takes just a minute. A few ice cubes take that refreshing to an ultimate level. A must have summer drink in summer.
I’m not a big fan of freezing stuff but I love freezing fruits that are in season. And I freeze mangoes every single year! So my kids get Mango Lassi any time of the year.
The best part about this drink is; It’s so easy to make. I’m using homemade yogurt here but store bought works just as well. I use either fresh or my statsh of frozen mangoes but canned mangoes work too!
Blender (I use my hand blender)
!For the Lassi
1 cup Mango Pulp (I’m using from fresh mangoes) Or 1 cup Can Mangoes
1 cup Yogurt
1/4 cup – white granulated Sugar (depends on the sweetness of the mangoes)
1/2 cup Ice Cubes
Save a few mango pieces for garnish.
Place mango pulp, sugar, yogurt, and ice cubes in a blender.
Blend until smooth
Pour into desired glasses

- 1 cup Yogurt
- ¼ cup - white granulated Sugar (depends on the sweetness of the mangoes)
- ½ cup Ice Cubes

- Blend until smooth
- Pour into desired glasses
